東京大学工学部卒業。三井住友海上火災保険(株）にて1998年よりシンガポールを拠点にASEAN各国に所在する日系工場の防災等エンジニアリング業務に携わる。2004年より外資系の資産評価会社アメリカン・アプレーザル・ジャパンにてM&A、PPA、リース、保険を主な評価目的として、石油化学等大規模プラント、半導体、電子部品、自動車部品、金属加工、鉄鋼、紙パルプ、発電所等の業界の設備の評価を、ASEAN、中国、欧米含め担当。2015年６月にインダストリアル・バリュエーション(株）を設立。2019年に公認会計士協会 経営研究調査会「バリュエーション専門委員会」の専門研究員（オブザーバー）として研究報告「機械設備の評価実務」の一部を執筆した。2020年6月にM&Eバリュエーション(株）を設立。

Accredited Senior Appraiser(ASA) of American Society of Appraisers (Machinery & Technical Specialties)

Grad of Engineering Department of The University of Tokyo. He started his career at Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co., Ltd. and engaged in loss prevention service for many Japanese factories in ASEAN region, stationed in Singapore from 1998.　From 2004, in American Appraisal Japan Co., Ltd, he has performed the machinery and equipment valuation, located not only in Japan but also in ASEAN, CHINA, USA and Europe, in many industries, such as petrochemical, semiconductor, electronic components, automobile parts, metal working, iron & steel, paper, power plant, etc. on the purposes of M&A transaction, purchase price allocation (PPA), leasing, and insurance. Then, he established Industrial Valuation Co., Ltd. in June, 2015.

In 2019, he wrote part of the research report "Practice of machinery and equipment valuation" in Japanese as a specialist researcher (observer) of "Specialist Committee for Valuation" of The Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He established M&E valuation Co., Ltd. newly in June, 2020.

京都大学工学部卒業、同大学院工学研究科修了。三菱マテリアルにて工場管理業務、山田ビジネスコンサルティング、三菱商事にて製造業の改善支援業務、 DD業務、海外投資先の管理業務を経験後、アメリカン・アプレーザル・ジャパンにて、M&A、減損会計、PPA、会社更生法などを目的として、各種電子部品、半導体、液晶、鉄鋼、非鉄、産業用機械、再生エネルギー等の機械設備の価値評価業務に従事した後、インダストリアル・バリュエーション(株)に参画。

He started his career at Mitsubishi Material Corporation and also supported manufacturing industries in Yamada Business Consulting and Mitsubishi Corporation. Prior to establishing Industrial Vauation Co.,Ltd jointly, he has performed valuation of machinery and equipment in many industries, including metal working, non-ferrous metal, steel, semiconductor, flat panel display, print circuit board, electronic apparatus, renewable energy, etc, on purposes of purchase price allocation and impairment of GAAP,M&A transaction, corporate rehabilitation law,etc., in American Appraisal Japan.
